Client is kept up to date with
proactive daily statusing
until order is completed.
4. Report Reviewed
Following an automated review,
a staff reviewer manually reviews each
completed order and pursues all
necessary corrections with appraiser.
5. Report Delivered
Client receives completed report.

How do I place an order?
If you do not currently have an account with us, you can use our website to place your order by going to Services –> Place an Order.
If you are signed up with us already, login to your client module, and login with your credentials.
How can I add special conditions or guidelines for the appraisal?
To add special conditions or instructions, on the Place an Order screen located in your client module, fill out the text field with the instructions you would like to add.
How do I upload files?
File upload is available in the Main Menu of the client module. Instructions can be found on our Lender FAQ page.
Can I submit a revision request?
Yes, this can be done from inside the client module. For detailed instructions, visit our Lender FAQ page.
