We completed the sale of our property in Stafford on Friday. ADB were recommended to us and it quickly became obvious why! Andrew himself gave me some priceless tips on the pitfalls of buying and was always just a phone call away. Helen, Grace, Jake and the team were fantastic with our sale, taking the keys and doing our viewings while we were out at work. They sold it within weeks only for our buyer to pull out. ADB were there to pick up our spirits and soon had it sold again for our chosen value. What really shone through was how much all at ADB cared for us and how clearly invested they are in their clients happiness. Believe me it is not always like this. Our sellers Estate agent did one viewing, then continually failed to pass on our questions to him. They didn't return his calls and didn't even speak to him on the day of completion! If we hadn't swapped numbers with our seller, they would have lost the sale for him. In the end they took a massive fee for no effort at all! His experience was in stark contrast to ours with ADB. I shall be writing their review next! Whether selling or buying, give Andrew Downing Booth a call! They make what can be one of the most stressful things you can ever do pretty damn pleasant!
